Free weights include an assortment of barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls, squat rack, deadlift platform, benches, cable crossover, Hammer strength machine, and Smith machine.

Treadmills, ellipticals, stairmasters, upright and recumbent exercise bikes, upper body ergometer, rowing machine, are the fleet of cardio equipment you can avail yourself to at The Body Shoppe.
Our cardio workout area includes TV for your listening pleasure. Bring a friend and walk side by side and enjoy a chat while working out.
The American Heart Association recommends 30 minutes of moderate intensity aerobic activity at least 5 days a week. Here at the Body Shoppe you can get this recommended amount no matter what the weather is outdoors.
Nautilus equipment has been a leader in the fitness community for strength training for over 40 years.
